Swim Lessons

We are having lunch before noah's swim lessons. Yes swim lessons...he may not be doing the breast stroke anytime soon but he does jump in the pool from sitting. I've learned to always be ready because you never know when he is going to jump in.
Noah was the youngest in the class by a month. I took the class with a friend from church who has a son one month exactly older than noah.

Here he is with ring in hand and splashing like crazy.

10 months already

I have learned to pull myself to standing and I am so proud of myself. My parents have decided to moving everything out of my reach since I can stand. I am cruising around tables and furniture, though I have not yet mastered crawling.

I still love to snuggle...at least for a second or maybe two.

And I love to clap. Say "yea Noah" and I will clap all by myself.

Summer Fun

Grandma and Grandpa Ficht came for a visit. I am showing Grandma how I like to head butt to get your attention.

Grandpa taking me on the slide.

I am with all the mom's and other babies born at our church this year.

I like to check out all the younger ladies.

I am learning to stand and splash.

More pictures

Noah's first experience with a palm tree.
My cousin Nita, her son Joe have been blessed to live in Hawaii and we got to see them while we were there.

Out to dinner at Roy's.

A very tired boy at the beach. We got home early Saturday morning. Noah slept for 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour and then 11 hours that night. We must have really worn him out.

Hawaii

Hawaii was wonderful. Noah really enjoyed it too. The only tough part was Noah adjusting to the time change (which never really happened).

Noah and his usual mid-hike nap

He loves the water

Tyler, Aly, Cam and Kirby on top of Diamond head. Noah is asleep in the backpack.

Jumping boy...

I can't believe that he is already 7 1/2 months old. People said that it would fly by...well it is true now...
Noah loves is jumper. He is starting to scoot. He'll move across the living room rug for a paci. He also is developing a sense of humor while boosting mom and dad's ego. We have become the funnest people on earth. Noah is also very ticklish.
After the colicky season he has proven to be quite happy, just make sure he gets 3 naps. He still goes to bed at 5:30 and wakes at 6:30. I wish I could say he always sleeps straight through, but he wakes, cries, finds his paci and puts himself back to sleep.
